I'm a free-lance artist who sews a whole bunch and has a major weakness for cute shoes. This blog is about anything and everything I do that is creative.

I'm currently challenging myself to sew something new for myself every month and put together some cute ensemble to go with it.

I am not sure what to say about this. I really hope this will vastly improve health care in this country but I am taking a wait and see attitude before I get really excited.  I’m fine with the idea that this might take a few years (or longer) to really get off the ground, and there might need to be several further adjustments made.  To me this is a really promising first step not a final victory lap. Maybe my grandchildren will get universal coverage.

If you don’t kill them all before they’re born!!1!1!!

THIS.

you know, since we’re all such godless baby killers.

i’m seething.

You know why countries with universal care have fewer abortions? Because carrying a baby to term and the mother only worrying about the health of herself and the baby isn’t a luxury, it’s a right. They aren’t worried about the cost of prenatal care or being denied access to healthcare.  Now, American woman can share that same right! THAT is Pro-Life!
